We've partnered with Elevation Sled Dogs and musher Aaron Peck to bring you an authentic mushing experience, backed by years of hands-on experience raising, training, and running one of the Yukon's most energetic dog teams.

Elevation Sled Dogs Yukon, is one of Canada’s top long distance sled dog teams. Aaron Peck and his team compete annually in the famous Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race across Alaska. You are invited to share in the magic of riding the runners with these amazing canine athletes.

Our Alaskan Huskies, are bred and trained to run — and they love every minute of it. Whether they're pulling a sled across fresh snow or a cart down a dryland trail in the off-season, this pack is happiest with a harness on and a trail ahead.

Where To Find Elevation Sled Dogs

Take the Alaska Highway (Hwy 1) north/west out of Whitehorse toward Haines Junction, you will pass the Yukon Wildlife Preserve on the right hand side, take your next left turn onto the Takhini River Road, just before the Eclipse Hot Springs and the Takhini Resort.

The Elevation Sled Dog Centre is located just 1km down the Takhini River Road on the right hand side – Look for the signs!
